When my practice is full, I do not keep a waiting list, as I cannot reliably predict when a place may become available. I feel this is fairer to people seeking therapy, as it avoids delaying them from finding support elsewhere.

I have over 25 years of professional experience working as a therapist. I am also a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, which ensures a high standard of care. Please note that I only work with clients aged 18 and over.
