How to get to Symmetry CBT

The following gives information about getting to Symmetry CBT’s physical location. However, until this page is amended, only online sessions are being offrered.

Symmetry CBT is based in Glenholt, Plymouth close to the George Junction Park & Ride.

Symmetry is ideally based for clients from Plymouth, Dartmoor, South Hams, Devon and East Cornwall.

Symmetry is convenient to the A386 and the A38. It is served by Stagecoach Route 1 (Plymouth/Tavistock) as well as Plymouth Citybus Routes 27, 34, 42A, 42C, 59, 104, 105, 106 and 807.

Free parking is available.
