Treating trauma using CBT and EMDR re historical sexual assault

I came to see Sarah because I had had enough of not feeling good. She was recommended to me. As a young teenager I was groomed on line and it escalated to me physically meeting the person. He turned out to be very different from who he said he was including his age. He raped me.

Sarah has been sensitive to my needs. She is very empathic and I have always felt comfortable talking about these issues with her.

ACBS World Conference 2019
